Shipping Schedule:
We process and ship orders on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). All orders are shipped from within the United States. In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
We will email you the tracking info as soon as the order is shipped.
*Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the correct shipping address is entered. Please double-check your shipping address.
Order Delivery Time:
All orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days from the day you place the order. (Most orders deliver sooner!)
We do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Shipping times could also be delayed due to matters that are beyond our control such as weather and holidays.
Pre-Orders:
Estimated shipping timelines on preorders are detailed in the product description. Please note that delays may happen with preorder items.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your preorder item(s) will ship out in a separate package.
*Preorders cannot be canceled once placed.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost, undelivered, damaged, or stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or other family members to see if they received the package by mistake. If you still cannot locate the package, feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
